Data Export
Section titled “Data Export”You can export your records to an XLSX (Microsoft Excel) file for detailed analysis, reporting, or accounting.
How to Export
Section titled “How to Export”- Go to the Expenses section
- Set filters if needed (currency, period, categories, type)
- Click the Export button (download icon)
- The file will download automatically
File Contents
Section titled “File Contents”The exported file contains:
- Date and time
- Record type (Fact, Plan, Transfer)
- Category
- Name
- Amount
- Currency
- Notes
Limitations
Section titled “Limitations”- Maximum 5,000 records per export
- If there are more records, narrow the date range using filters
