Export to Excel

You can export your records to an XLSX (Microsoft Excel) file for detailed analysis, reporting, or accounting.

  1. Go to the Expenses section
  2. Set filters if needed (currency, period, categories, type)
  3. Click the Export button (download icon)
  4. The file will download automatically

The exported file contains:

  • Date and time
  • Record type (Fact, Plan, Transfer)
  • Category
  • Name
  • Amount
  • Currency
  • Notes
  • Maximum 5,000 records per export
  • If there are more records, narrow the date range using filters
